Marine Systems

Structural Systems

The Flex
Vision

We provide systems and materials for marine + construction projects that demand long lasting, superior products.

Functioning and appearing "like-new" for decades. This is especially important in Marine construction, homes that experience extreme, wet weather, and foundational structures like deck foundations that are at or below grade and therefore may wear quickly.

Our
Materials

Why FRP?

With decades of experience crafting high-end products for the most demanding waterfront environments, we set out to find a material that wouldn’t just outperform traditional options—it had to do it with style.

Fiberglass-Reinforced Polymer (FRP) proved to be the clear answer, offering a significant edge over conventional materials. With strength comparable to steel—but far lighter and easier to work with—FRP is corrosion-resistant, fire-retardant, and low-conductivity, all while delivering a clean, modern aesthetic.

Over the years, as wood splinters and decays, steel corrodes, and aluminum dents and scratches, FRP stands the test of time—maintaining its like-new appearance and performance.

The next generation of building materials—designed to fit into traditional building processes, and are meant to last a lifetime. Our sustainable, long-lasting, maintenance-free products utilize new and emerging products such as FRP and hardwoods. All materials are the strongest and longest-lasting products in the business, keeping their “like-new” aesthetics for decades, making them the perfect choice for harsh, wet, harsh environments.

Cost
Analysis

Below, we have provided a cost comparison, analyzing the value of Flex products over traditional building products. Our analysis is based on the construction of a 10’ x 10’ deck over a 10 year span. While traditional materials age and need maintenance and or replacement every 5-10 years, Flex products will last for decades.
